Private Residence Renovation & Addition

This existing ranch house went through an extensive renovation! We completely reorganized the first floor layout, including an addition off the rear to expand the kitchen layout. Part of the house was extended to get a partial second floor to include a fourth bedroom and bathroom. We transformed this dated exterior facade into a new modern farmhouse style.
