Private Residence Renovation & Addition

We reconfigured this existing 3 bed/1.5 bath house by taking over the 1-car garage space to expand the living footprint. This allowed for a larger primary bedroom and closet. The main living area is open concept with a partial cathedral ceiling. Later, we added a detached garage to the left of the main house.
